Newsletters about the gathering are typically sent about twice a month between late October and early April. They contain updates on what we're currently working on and notice of important dates like sign-up periods for presenters, staff, and general registration.
After you submit the form at the bottom of the page, you should receive an email from noreply@list.elvenstar.org that contains a link to a confirmation page. That page will look like this:

The wording here, "You have been added", is a little misleading. Your request was received, but you haven't yet been added. You must click the blue "Confirm subscription" button to actually be subscribed to the list.
If you don't get the confirmation link, please let us know! We're using a new list platform this year and are still finding our way with things.
