Update 2/7/2026: All presentations filled in below have been confirmed! We are also currently talking with one person about adding another in the Europe block. Since not all spaces are filled, we are still accepting late signups through February 13th, primarily for Australasia and secondly for Europe/UK, but you can still apply to be a backup anywhere in case someone has to drop out. Please note that while you can apply with a brief description, that the deadline for final titles/descriptions is also February 13th, so will essentially be due immediately upon your arrival in the server. If you are a backup who winds up actually on the schedule, you may be asked to supply it on very short notice at that time. If at all possible, enter the final text into the form.

Presentations can be on any topic that would be of interest to elfae folk and can be in any format: lecture, panel, group discussion, demonstration, ritual, meditation, performance, etc. Timeslots are 1 hour long, but you don't have to fill up the whole time. If you want to present as a group, choose one person to be the primary contact and only fill out the form once. All members of the group must be 18 or older and agree to the Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy.

 

The start/end times in the table below are shown in your local time (except the Thursday before, which is static), so if some of them seem to be at crazy times of day, they are probably slots aimed at other parts of the planet.

Check-in for the gathering will begin sometime in the evening Pacific time. Nothing formal is planned on Thursday evening, but it is a low-key "lobbycon" as people check in, take a look around, and say hello. Arethinn may stream a game for a couple of hours.

I'm an elfae (or faelf, as I sometimes style myself) who Awoke in 2007 and has been hanging around the otherkin community since 2009. I was part of the Darkfang collective, and inherited the mostly defunct Darkfang Cabal forum. Besides my involvement in the otherkin community, I was also head of Operations for a small sci-fi and fantasy convention for several years in the 2000s, and I helped run a small makerspace in the early 2010s. These days, I work in technical support at an obscure IT megacorp. When I'm not doing that, I spend most of my time streaming video games, playing tabletop RPGs, 3D printing widgets, or coaxing computing devices large and small into doing my bidding.


Arazil

I am a High Elf / Sidhe Farseer who has been around the community since 1999. In the last two decades, I have helped run many different entertainment groups in a variety of formats. My hobbies mostly involve the performing arts such as belly dance, cosplay, game development, photography, and film making. In the mundane world, I am the chief cat herder and designated adult for select public sector projects involving technology and technology accessories.

I'm a sidhe-and-sometimes-dragon who has been kicking around in the otherkin community since 1998. I ran the in-person gather MythiCalia in California for four years between 2005-2010, organized the monthly San Francisco Bay Otherkin Meetup from 2011-2023, and apparently I refuse to be put off from the idea of there being gathers. I work in a library where I force MARC data into submission.

I'm a polymorph who finds home in the faerie, dragon, and merfolk communities. I first started my magical journey through joining and moderating one very small message board way back in 2005-2009, which was so disconnected from the mainstream communities that we didn't even know of the word "otherkin"... yet we experienced it all the same! I have a billion interests but when it's not video games, I mainly enjoy swimming, animals, music, art, and hoarding tarot card decks.

I'm a faery--what exactly that means is a different but equally delightful story from week to week--who awoke as such about 2 years ago, though not without a *long* series of silly little (positive) false half-awakenings and general inclinations towards being magical. I've been singing my whole life, and now write, produce, and perform music across multiple languages and genres.

Just a vaguely fairy shaped shapeshifting critter from Aotearoa! I'm an artist and animator in my daily life, my special interests are animals, science and astronomy. I've learned about my fae-ness and joined mythfolk spaces relatively recently. I'm a green forest fairy with a penchant for shapeshifting, I also identify as humantherian/homotherian and have a fondness for species in the genus homo as well as rabbit therian.

She/they. Tuatha Dé and Elf of Vanaheim. I'm a pagan and a witch and I I've been those things 20+ years and known I was fae for a little over a decade (though I had inklings before that). I've never been Super active in the community outside like this and tumblr and a couple of rl friends who are also elfae. I did a meditation presentation the first year and I've liked this event so much I keep coming back! 😊

I awakened and joined various online otherkin and related communities back around 2004 and have been kicking around various groups since. Some kind of "fae-jacent" being, though the harder I look the more complicated I get - most commonly I refer to myself as either fae, other, elf, or liminal being. When not dealing with Otherworldly matters I'm primarily a diviner and pagan priest that works star magic.
