The dates and start/end times in the table below are calculated by the page and automatically shown in your local time (except the Thursday before, which is static). If some of them seem to be at crazy times of day, they are probably slots aimed at other parts of the planet. Make sure your device's time zone is set correctly, or you will see wrong times!

We aim to post the final schedule around the middle of February. Before that time, we will post preview information here about proposals we've approved.

Check-in for the gathering will begin sometime in the evening Pacific time. Nothing formal is planned on Thursday evening, but it is a low-key "lobbycon" as people check in, take a look around, and say hello. Arethinn may stream a game for a couple of hours.
